In accordance with the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), we place the utmost importance on the security of our products.

We want to ensure that our devices with digital components and their associated software meet the highest standards of data protection and resilience against cyber threats.

If you have discovered a potential security flaw, a security error, or a vulnerability that is being actively exploited in our product, please do not hesitate to report it to us.

Your report will help us analyze the situation immediately and release a fix.

To help us investigate the error as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your report:

• Product Designation: Exact model of the device, firmware or software version.
• Vulnerability Description: What type of vulnerability is this, and how does it manifest itself?
• Reproduction steps: Describe, step by step, how the problem can be reproduced (including a screenshot or sample code, if applicable).
• Impact: What risk do you believe this vulnerability poses (e.g., data breach, unauthorized access to the device, etc.)?
• Your contact information: If you are willing to work with us to resolve this matter.
